The wrong shoes were sent out - I was never sent a return label despite being advised I would get one - I requested the actual shoes I ordered to be sent so my daughter would have them for school starting and I would return the others when the returns label was sent but this was refused - had to use the ones we were sent as she needed school shoes and school term began- very disappointed all round

You contacted us to explain you had received the Black and not the Patent, we asked for some images and then offered to send you a returns label so the shoes could be sent back.
Unfortunately, we cannot send replacements until we receive the item back and you explained you will be keeping the shoes as your daughter required them for school.
I am genuinely sorry for the disappointing experience you had but we did offer to look into this for you. Again, I am sorry that you had a less than satisfactory experience, please accept our sincerest apologies.
