you sent me a pair of boots that were too large (big) so I had to return them, although you refunded my purchase price......you did not refund me the money it costs($59) to return them to you......since you sent me the wrong size, I feel you should refund the cost to send them back to you...........very poor policy

Superbly presented boots - and that from someone who has worn cuban heel boots [ never shoes] for over 55 years.

Seriously thinking about getting another pair in red.

Sizing may best be described as snug - with the zip needing to be teased up - but experience says that the zip and fit will soon ease to ideal
