Have bought these a number of times for family members as they are such good quality slippers.

These slippers look very nice, the materials are clearly good. They aren't the best fitting or the most comfortable at first, but I did get used to them. However, 7 months after getting them while they look pristine on the outside, the insole has worn away in key places and exposed hard plastic underneath making these unwearable. Very disappointing.

Refused a discount on purchase even though a discount offer was still on website. Delivery was made leaving package on front door step even though door bell is working and I was in bungalow. Package was found later in the day.
Discount promotion started again 3 days later.
